200 meters of spectacular rock formations

Way down on the south coast of NSW is a spot near Bermagui that truly captures our imagination and sparks our travel wonder minds.

The coastline in from Wallaga Lake has something more than beautiful seascape structures. It has a feeling that can’t be captured in a photo or video. Rock hopping around the headland from Camel Rock reveals a tight bay, which continues on to Horse Head (today’s feature pic) a breathtaking rock formation that stands proud out of the rugged surf and when viewed for the first time sets you back a few paces as you take in the awe of it all.

Something keeps drawing us back to this place (its now our third visit) but I feel that the place still has more adventures and photo opportunities for us in the future. There was certainly one vision from the water while surfing near Camel Rock that I will need to photograph next time we are down there.

…It was only a short stay on the south coast this time, but Im sure we will be back again… love this place!!
