If you’re sweating it out at the gym or in the waves… take magnesium. If you’re guzzling down the coffee and feeling tense and uptight… take magnesium. When you sweat, you need to top up on electrolytes, not just water. Electrolytes are the minerals sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium. If you don’t you can really cramp up and create a whole host of other deficiencies.
When it comes to supplements, you get what you pay for. If it’s on special on the supermarket shelves, ask yourself why. So I’d suggest getting some BioCeuticals Ultra Muscleze powder or Fusion Magnesium tablets. Don’t even get me started on Gatorade…

Is there anything magnesium DOESN’T do?? Well it won’t vacuum the house and cook dinner for you on your day off… but that’s what husbands are for right? 😉
Hook into cashews, parsnips, coconut water, rolled oats and pink Himalayan salt. You can also add one cup of Epsom salts to a hot bath to revive your tired muscles and help you have a restful sleep
