“ONE” Welcome to Sapphire beach

Please note that this post was first published in September 18, 2015, and some of the details, links and offers may no longer be active.

The “ONE” blog series that we do generally focuses on one shot… obviously!!!… but today we have 3 photos that are all taken from the same spot at 3 different times of the day.

Sapphire Beach takes our breath away every time we get to the top of the stairs no matter what time of the day, no matter what the weather is doing or whatever mood we are in. For 16 years we have visited this beach nearly every day and it still lights us up and inspires us both for the coming day.

The idea behind this triple series of Sapphire’s walkway came from a follower of our website. We often meet people on our daily travels that recognise us from our work or it comes out in conversation that we are the photographers behind ST Images…. we are both super grateful for the support and input, so please let us know what you think if you bump into us one day. Anyway Sherrin had one such encounter with a resident of North Sapphire that loved our work and suggested a series of 3 shots at different times of the day shot from the same angle would be a great hanging piece.

So I’ve slowly got to work on this over the last month and gathered a midday photo, then a dusk image on the same day, but the sunrises went a bit quite for a few weeks, until Monday when the sky went wild pink about 20 minutes before sun up and provided the third and final shot in the series.

All of these available individually or as a triple hanger…… Tom & Sherrin xx
